Refund Policy

The short version: Pangolin Pages is free, so there's nothing for us to charge — and nothing for us to refund.

We don't take payments and we don't sell books. Every purchase happens on a third-party shop, so refunds are handled by that shop under their own policy.

Using the app

Pangolin Pages costs nothing to use. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no charges from us of any kind.

Books you buy

When you tap a Buy or Read link, you're taken to an independent retailer (such as Amazon, Waterstones, Bookshop.org, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, or Google Play Books). Your order, payment, and any refund or return are entirely between you and that retailer, under their refund policy. We aren't a party to the transaction and can't issue, process, or guarantee refunds on their behalf. Please contact the shop you bought from.

If we ever add a paid feature

If Pangolin Pages introduces any paid feature in the future, we'll publish clear refund terms for it here and update the date above before it takes effect.
